Prework & Kickoff
Once you submit all intake materials (questionnaire, assets/logos, etc.), we formally kickoff the project with a deep dive into who you are and what you want out of the site so we can get working

Within 3 business days our team shares the initial sitemap for your new site to capture feedback and ensure we're on the right path
Design & Build

Just a shot in the dark here... but if you made it this far you probably like what we have to say and what we're about. We're a lean team that calls NYC home (happy to connect locally if you're around), with a remote-based dev team that works around the world (that's how we work faster than a speeding bullet, and charge way less than mondo agencies)! Plus we're newer on the scene which means our design style is not appearing on 100s of competing firms' sites.
See the pricing section for details. We offer an all-in-one monthly rate including all ongoing hosting/support and a free redesign every two years to keep it fresh. Call us biased, but we think we are the best bang for buck around. Also note that we do offer discounts on additional services for existing customers (i.e. we make your firm website, and then you enlist us to build sites for your PortCos).
It depends on the size of the site. We aim for 15 business days for single page sites, and 30 business days for our 5-pagers. This assumes solid input and feedback from your side to ensure we're going to meet your vision. If you waffle back and forth on what you want, or ask us to make drastic changes in the 9th inning, expect the timeline to stretch out.
That won't happen. We aren't happy until you're happy, and we work with you every step of the way to ensure we're designing and building what you want to see. You have sign-offs along the way and can peek under the hood as it's coming together. If something seems off as we near the finish line, let us know and we'll make it right. That said, if we're about to wrap up and you suddenly ask for a full re-do of your site pulling inspiration from a combination of Hogwarts and the NY Jets we'll have a different conversation (first about the 180, and second about your "interesting" tastes).
You bet, and it is all included in our monthly rate. This includes hosting and ensures everything stays online and secure with regular testing and priority support as well as ongoing on-site SEO optimization.
That said, if you don't want us to handle any ongoing maintenance that's totally fair. Once we build your site we can hand you the keys to do what you want with it without any strings attached (in which case we're happy to bill you on a one-time project rate).
We sure do. Logo & brand identity is a great pairing with a new website if you're just launching or refreshing your look. We can marry it up to be one cohesive look and feel. Need something else? Just ask, our designers can handle it.
